Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pre Sales Engineer/ Estimation Engineer to join our team at INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SOLUTIONS. As a Pre Sales Engineer/ Estimation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing turnkey solutions to our clients in the field of Automation, Instrumentation, and HVAC. You will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing proposals, and providing technical support to the sales team.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automation or HVAC industry

Strong knowledge of Automation, Instrumentation, and HVAC systems

Proficient in estimating project costs and preparing proposals

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to travel for site visits as required

Experience with PLCs and DCS systems is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Estimate project costs based on client requirements and specifications

Prepare detailed proposals and technical documents for potential clients

Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during sales presentations and demonstrations

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely estimation of costs

Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and risks

Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding the selection of instruments and control systems

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
