Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial advice to support business decisions.

Qualifications And Skills

Qualified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets

Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and risk

Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making

Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

Monitor and forecast cash flow, financial performance, and financial ratios

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants
