Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Operator to join our team at JJG Machining Group in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining vertical machining centers to manufacture precision machined components for the aerospace and auto components/industrial segments. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Proven experience as a VMC Operator

Strong knowledge of operating and programming vertical machining centers

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Good understanding of machining processes and techniques

Attention to detail and strong quality orientation

Ability to perform routine machine maintenance

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Roles And Responsibilities

Operate vertical machining centers to perform precision machining operations

Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production output

Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance on the machines

Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
