Create and update job descriptions and design, and post job advertisements on various platforms
Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers with candidates
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
Conduct performance management and appraisal, provide feedback and coaching, and identify areas for improvement and development
Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, and suggest improvements as needed
