Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components on desktops and laptops
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware
Manage and prioritize support requests through a ticketing system
Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to optimize desktop performance
Set up and configure new desktops and laptops for users
Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows-based operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
Hands-on knowledge of crimping LAN cables and cabling
Configure and manage Wi-Fi routers and access points
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of desktop systems
Maintain and update desktop-related documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
