Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist for a leading Hospital in Kerala. As a Radiologist, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting various types of radiographic imaging to diagnose and treat patients. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, and requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications And Skills

Medical degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice as a Radiologist.

Proven experience of 4 to 6 years as a Radiologist in a hospital or diagnostic center.

Expertise in performing and interpreting various radiographic examinations.

In-depth knowledge of radiology equipment, techniques, and safety measures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose and provide reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients.

Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize patient care.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest developments in radiology.

Roles And Responsibilities

Perform and interpret radiographic examinations including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other imaging modalities.

Diagnose and provide accurate reports on patient conditions based on the radiographic findings.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to establish diagnosis and treatment plans.

Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures.

Evaluate and maintain the quality of images, troubleshoot technical issues, and report any equipment malfunctions.

Maintain patient records and accurately document all procedures performed.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology techniques, equipment, and technology.

Participate in continuous education programs and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Full time
