Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Lexury Paints. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in a designated geographic area. This is a full-time position based in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office

Self-motivated and target-driven

Willingness to travel within the assigned area

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships

Build and manage a high-performing sales team

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to the management

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns

Train and coach sales team members to enhance their selling skills

Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer complaints or issues

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
