The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.
Responsibilities
Minimum 10 Years experience in ELV/IBMS Procurement (CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS Etc.) with respect to their cost effectiveness, best quality and high efficiency in terms of delivery.
Handling overall Procurement of material from national and international market.
Experience in Handling Export-Import Shipment, Logistic and Custom Clearance Related Work.
Timely inward of material with proper documents.
Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material.
Identifying & developing quality vendor/supplier base for cost-effective procurement of materials.
Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.
Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.
Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills.
Research new products and services to meet companys goals
Monitoring vendor performance to assure the highest possible service level at lowest possible prices including Supplier Audit and take actions for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for procurement and maintaining existing relationships with OEM/Suppliers.
Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
Oversee and support our purchasing staff
Qualifications
Strong negotiation skills
10 - 15 years' of purchasing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education: B.E/Diploma (Electronics, Electrical)
