Job Responsibility

To Lead the Sales Channel for distribution of final products - Lubricating Oil, Base Oils, Industrial Fuel and SKO

To lead collection of Used Oil as a service from industries to generate numbers of used oil collection

To structure sales department - to strengthen sales enforcement team to achieve targets for F.Y. 2022-23

To innovate and develop procedure for different domains of business like Used Oil Collection, Fuel Oil Distribution.

To Drive Circular Economy (Recycling in collaboration with end industries as stakeholders) in the field of Used Oil in direct collaboration with the OEMs, and Oil Manufacturing Companies and the Government.

To streamline and groom the existing workforce towards meeting the business goal as a team and with a clarity of role and responsibility.

To lead the marketing strategy with a proper understanding of product mix, marketing mix and cost mix.

To create a branding, digital and multimedia marketing platform for meeting the 4v's of marketing i.e. Value, Venue, Vogue and Validity.

To have strong understanding of marketing and sales data analysis and orient the team towards the same so that gaps can be identified in every step and process of sales and the better system or procedure can be developed accordingly.

Should be strong in understanding business acumen and bring the best out of the resources available.

Skills Required

Must have past experience of Lubricants or similar industry.

Must have good presentation and data analysis skills.

To have a vision for the Sales Department and to lead Circular Economy

Should be ready to unlearn and learn.

Must be an efficient decision maker with efficient communication skill in English and Hindi both.
