Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating interest in our financial services.

Introduce and explain the range of financial products and services offered by the company.

Understand the financial needs and requirements of potential clients through effective questioning and active listening.

Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and promotions.

Maintain a database of leads, follow-up calls, and appointments in the CRM system.

Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
