Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation

Classroom Management and organization:Â Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning, while also fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among students.

Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.Â

Individualized Support:Â Identify and address the unique needs of each student and provide support

Parent/Guardian Communication and Teacher:Â Through regular conferences.Â

Classroom Resources:Â Manage and utilize educational materials, technology, and resources effectively

Professional Development:Â Continuously update knowledge and teaching strategies through professional development.

School Collaboration:Â Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to create a supportive and cohesive educational community.
