Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for our various clients in Cochin. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in data entry

Proficient typing speed and accuracy

Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Familiarity with web content writing and online data entry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into databases and spreadsheets

Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in data entries

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation

Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required

Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry

Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data entry
