Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. (Local Residents only)

*Candidates with experience only in Gypsum or Building materials industry to apply*.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, coordinating with the marketing team, and conducting market research.

They will also be involved in developing sales strategies, providing product knowledge and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience only in the Gypsum plaster/construction or building materials industry

In depth Knowledge of Gypsum plaster and related products for building materials industry

Sales and Business Development skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
