Job Title: Production Support Engineer

Essential Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving technical support requests created by our customers
Serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, working closely with our product and engineering teams to respond to and resolve customer-impacting incidents
Building internal documentation that provides your team with the resources they need to perform in their role and external documentation that allows our customers to self-serve
Onboarding and training newly hired individual contributors, setting them up for success, and enabling them to confidently engage and respond to our customers
Engaging customers and responding to technical questions received from the Customer Support team.
Growth mindset, with an unrelenting focus on continuously improving your knowledge and skill set
Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in production support
Support experience with applications based on Java
Rich experience in Relational and no SQL DB
Experience in Support and monitoring tools.
Good to have React JS/Angular JS/ HTML/Javascript
Knowledge & Skills
B.E. / M.Sc / MCA in Computer Science or a related technical field
Strong and Analytical debugging skill
Good knowledge in Azure / AWS / Google cloud
Ability
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of autonomy in a remote work environment
Must posses good logical & critical thinking skill
Excellent Multitasking skills and communication skills
