Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Connect And Conversion professional to join our team at Cotton Concepts (CC). As a Customer Connect And Conversion specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers and converting leads into sales. This role requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in customer handling and telemarketing. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Proven track record in customer conversion and handling

Experience in telemarketing and lead generation

Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking customer information

Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional customer service

Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations based on their requirements

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and negotiation

Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, tracking their preferences and purchase history

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention

Prepare reports and insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and market trends
