Qualifications And Skills

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in store management

Proven knowledge of proper inventory management

Familiarity with construction materials and supplies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills for inventory recording

Physical strength and stamina for lifting and carrying heavy items

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles And Responsibilities

Maintain register for issue of tools on daily basis

Good knowledge on construction materials

Proper maintaining of assets ledger and consumption materials

Maintaining the records of hiring materials

Proper stock verification and communication with project manager

Daily maintaining the labour record at site

Co-ordination with local suppliers and vendors
