Tasks & Deliverables

Be an active member of a cross-functional team to analyse consumer, client, and business needs and translate them into high-quality design solutions that deliver value for the business.

Deliver comprehensive interactive designs that make complex tasks easier and align with best practices in the market.

Present design work to peers and business leaders to gain consensus, and work directly with development teams to ensure designs are implemented with quality .

Participate in formative and evaluative research studies to uncover user insights and identify usability issues.

Re Quired Experience

5+ years of experience creating page flows, site maps, wireframes, detailed mockups, and related design documentation.

Demonstrated ability to create designs that meet user needs and achieve business results.

Knowledge of current UX design strategies and trends across the web and mobile platforms .

Experience designing for digital media experiences (web, mobile, apps, etc.) using user-centred design practices .

Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, Adobe XD, and UXPin..

Expertise in Information Architecture, Navigation design is a must..

Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies like Agile and SCRUM.

ERP software experience is a plus.
