Job Overview

Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pet food or related industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of pet food industry, pet products, and market trends
Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify market opportunities and risks
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
