Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MBA Marketing professional to join our team at Croxaint Digital Pvt. Ltd. As an MBA Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This is a full-time position based in Hisar, Haryana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

MBA degree in Marketing or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience in marketing

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies

Proficient in market research and data analysis

Strong project management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices

Proactive attitude and ability to multitask

Strong organizational and time management skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand visibility

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns

Create compelling content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing

Plan and coordinate promotional events and exhibitions

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and influencers
