Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sr Sales Consultant to join our team at Boomaa Consultants - India. As a Sr Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving company targets. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with an opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent negotiation and networking skills

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets

Self-motivated and target-driven

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends

Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities

Should have Dealership Experience

Should have Work Experience in Car showroom

Fluency in English is must
