Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the banking, real estate, and construction industries
Experience in construction management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
