Job Overview
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Dream TM Recruitment Solution. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in back office operations.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1 to 3 years of experience in back office operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles And Responsibilities
Operations-
Back office executive.
Experienced in data management.
Knowledge of MS Excel, PPT, Letter drafting etc.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing files, documents, and records
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences
Maintaining a proper record of all office expenses and invoices
Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Coordinating with candidates and clients for interview arrangements
Managing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
Handling general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Providing support to other team members as and when required
