Designation- Engineering Recruiter (US Market)

Shift timing- 7:00pm - 4:00am IST (5 days working, Sat/Sun off)

CTC range- open for the right candidate

Location: Noida( Onsite)

Experience- 2-3 Years into full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics or automotive Industry

Role Description

Roles and Responsibility

Holding 1 yr to 2yrs of relevant full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics or automotive Industries.

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Hands-on with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.

Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements.

Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required Experience And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Must be comfortable working night shifts.

Worked on Semiconductor Engineering /Manufacturing / Energy clients / Aerospace / Defense / Electronics MFG or Automotive MFG/ Chemical MFG/Industrial Manufacturing Industry

Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements
