SALES ENGINEER The role is responsible for converting leads into sales. The Key deliverables of the role are sales call and presentation & collection. Responsibilities and Tasks: Sales Call and Presentation: If the requirement is clear, prepare and arrange for sending the quotation If more details are required call the customer and get all the requirement details
Collect enquiry from Marketing (SEO/SMM/Referral)
Call to confirm if they received the quotation
After 1 working day, call to follow up for the feedback on quotation and order
After another working day, visit the customer personally
Discuss with customer about advantages of procuring from Industria Needs
Negotiate the price with Customer
Collect Purchase order
Create and provide proforma invoice
Collect payment
Arrange for material dispatch. Collection: Presentation:
Check the payment terms on the PO
Remind customer about the payment before the payment due date
Call to follow up on the due date and after till payment is received
If in the case of proforma invoice, call to follow up for payment immediately Sales Call. If the requirement is clear, prepare and arrange for sending the quotation If more details are required call the customer and get all the requirement details
