Accounts Manager

Job Summary

Will be maintaining daily accounts, administrative work

and reports. Supervision and review of team of other accountants.

Duties

Accounting of Sales invoices

Booking of expenses voucher

Freight collection and monitoring pendancies

Reconciliation of accounts daily

Preparation monthly reports relating to per truck net profit / loss

Writing formal letters and e-mailing quotations

Taking account from truck drivers and repair managers

Preparation of GST and Income tax returns - monthly, quarterly, & annual returns as per schedule

Managing insurance claims and documents

Preparing projected financials and dealing with financiers

Qualification & Skills

Strong mathematics skills

Expert at Tally, MS Office, Internet

Graduate / Postgraduate with strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Proficient in verbal, written English & Hindi

Salary: According to industry standard, directly proportional to aptitude and ability to deliver results
