Location - New Delhi

Salary - 23Lac to 25 Lac

Minimum 10 years of experience in product, analytics, and business excellence roles

B. Tech or Masters in technical field will be preferred

Experience working with technical teams

Proactive mindset with a bias for action

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential

Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills

Must be well organized, detailed oriented and a self-starter

Skills Required

Product management experience is mandatory

Strong Quantitative and problem-solving ability: Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop an analytical road map for them

Working/functional experience of Digital offerings such as no code/low code platforms

Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking

People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people. Ability to effectively influence & motivate others

Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals

Experience working in BPO/ITES set up will be a plus

Should understand the technology landscape and keep a watch on emerging digital transformation initiatives

Able to demonstrate and disseminate (both internally and externally) deep knowledge awareness of current market trends and activities, both from a technology and business perspective.

Here are our expectations: You will be responsible for:

Identifying opportunities to improve operations through technology advancements and recommending solutions to management/process owners with a focus on creating real business-value

Developing a roadmap for in house product development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring of new technology solutions.

Bridging the gaps between technology and business strategy, designing, and implementing simple product/process improvements to overcome complex user/business issues

Liaise with IT to stay abreast of all strategic changes related to digitization / introduction of new technologies

Deep understanding of the impact of technological solutions and how digital strategy and solutions fit into an organization's holistic employee/client experience

Identifying potential issues that may arise during the implementation process and developing contingency plans to address issues before they become problems

Creating a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging employees to think outside the box and embrace new technologies

Creating single source of data truth for the organization and reports automation

Leveraging data and analytics to define KPIs and OKRs to measure product/process performance and drive decision making.
