Position Name - Junior Accountant

Experience- 2+ years of experience in FP&A

Location- Gurgaon

Salary- 3LPA - 4LPA

Job Brief

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function and implementing the strategy and direction for the function. In addition, the role shall identify and implement systems, polices and processes for the Finance function which will improve financial monitoring, accountability and growth.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting

Preparation of annual accounts for audit and annual statutory reporting

Management and ultimate responsibility for the Finance function

Supervision and performance management of the accountants (both AR and AP)

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, cash management, invoicing, and other transactions

Complete Tax Returns And Other Statutory Compliance Requirements

Provide financial and analytical support to the management

Implement and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function

Requirements

Strong knowledge of tally and Ms Excel

Prior experience in Telecom sector is desirable

Demonstrated experience in managing a small-to-medium organizations accounting, tax and statutory compliance requirement

Education & Experience

Graduate in finance and above with 2+ years of experience in FP&A Working
