Key Responsibilities

Define Strategies for new project.

Costing & Negotiation with Suppliers.

Finalize development time line.

Responsible for development of new products, Moulds, Jig & Fixture.

Facilitate smooth execution of New Product development to achieve the customers time line and

desire quality.

General Responsibilities

New Product Development

Lead actions on annual improvement plans to improve NPD & Project activity.

Regular Monitoring of development activity & documentation for new products as per APQP.

Take up Corrective and preventive action to eliminate Non Conformance.

Monthly update of NPD trends and cycle time of various function.

Knowledge Requirements

Must have Knowledge of development functions.

Must have Knowledge of documentation.

Required relevant experience in Filter segment.

Must have knowledge of Mould development.

Must have knowledge of plastic injection moulding process.
