WordPress Content Production Operator

'WP Content Production Operator 'creates content for digital sites and social media platforms using background research they perform as needed. They create content strategies, research trending topics, and write content for the Organization.

Must Have Skills

Strong knowledge of WordPress

Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC

Good Product Knowledge

Advanced writing and editing skills

Ability to come up with creative ideas

Ability to solve problems swiftly

English oral and written communication skills

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:

Produces marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics, and promoting our content on social media

Works closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms

Writes, develops, edits, and publishes content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts

Coordination of proofreading and editing of content before publishing

To ensure that SEO strategies are effectively implemented

To manage content calendars and publish content for a variety of onsite content types including but not limited to blogs, community posts, news articles, reference topics, clinical cases, social media posts, and question bank items

Coordinate with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments

Track content analytics to generate reports and presentations

Obtain necessary permissions and releases for publication of images or other content

Implementation of content organization schemas (e.g., tag-based models)

To think holistically about the platform for accuracy, consistency, and overall usability

Demonstrated reliability, able to 'close the loop' and complete requests in timely manner, including returning all contacts (calls and emails) within 24 hours, preferably by end of same business day

Performs other duties assigned as required or requested
