Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in home textile designing

Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Coreldraw, and Illustrator

Proven ability to create innovative and marketable designs

Experience in working on realistic product CADs and product catalogue creations

Knowledge of moodboard decoding techniques and trend analysis

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop creative and innovative designs for home textile products, including bedding, curtains, table linens, and decorative accessories

Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal collections and concepts that align with market trends and customer preferences

Translate design concepts into technical specifications and drawings, ensuring accurate and detailed product representation

Create realistic product CADs and product catalogue creations to showcase and promote new designs

Use moodboard decoding techniques to gather and analyze design inspirations, colors, patterns, and trends

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products

Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful implementation of designs during the manufacturing process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure design alignment and meet project deadlines

Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring that all designs meet the company's standards and customer expectations
