Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Cotton Concepts (CC). As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory process and ensuring accurate stock levels. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices

Proficient in purchase order management and invoice processing

Experience with MIS reporting and analysis

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and PIVOT TABLE

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and leadership skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Ensure accurate inventory control and stock levels

Oversee the order fulfillment process to meet customer demands

Coordinate with various departments to monitor inventory movements

Implement inventory management systems and procedures

Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make strategic decisions

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms

Implement measures to minimize inventory discrepancies and shrinkage

Lead a team of inventory associates and provide guidance and support

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, turnover, and performance
