24*7 Rotational shifts
Salary 14-20k net (including shift bonus)
5 days working any 2 off
Responsibilities
Work on the various front offices client tools and ans queries
Critical Skills Required
Excellent communication skills.
Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand the problem statement
Neutral Accent & excellent Voice Skills
Strong customer service Prioritizing customer needs
IATA certification or Experience in airline ticketing would be an added advantage.
All docs mandate including releiving letter
Full time
