Roles And Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Manage and update customer database in the CRM system
Prepare and analyze sales reports
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and market trends
Assist in organizing sales and marketing events
