Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries and complaints. To be successful in this role, you must have experience interacting with computers and consumers. You must also be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated. You must also be able to process orders and modifications across multiple channels of communication.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, communicate with customers through various channels
acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
In case of chaos, Handle the situations wisely and smartly.
Maintain a positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism toward customers at all times.
Documenting all customer interactions, comments, transactions, and complaints
Communicating with colleagues as needed, providing professional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
