Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Office Administration at IDC India. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications And Skills

A diploma or bachelor's degree.

Prior experience in office administration or a related role is preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage front desk activities such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.

Coordinate office operations and procedures, including managing office supplies and maintaining proper inventory levels.

Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.

Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation logistics for staff.

Assist in the coordination of company events, workshops, and training programs.

Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payments.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
