We are looking for a Junior Resident with less than 1 year of experience to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India. As a Junior Resident, you will play a key role in providing medical care and support to our patients.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience as a Junior Resident

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution

Valid medical license to practice in India

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Empathy and compassion towards patients

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist senior physicians in diagnosing and treating patients

Conduct routine tests and examinations to evaluate patient condition

Administer medications and provide necessary treatments

Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary team meetings

Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
