We are seeking a highly motivated MRD Technician with less than 1 year of experience to join our team. As an MRD Technician, you will be responsible for managing medical records and ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of patient information. Qualifications And Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with electronic medical records systems is a plus

Knowledge of medical terminology and coding

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Maintain and update patient medical records

Ensure accurate and timely retrieval of patient information for medical professionals

Organize and file medical records according to established protocols

Audit medical records for completeness and accuracy

Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards

Assist with coding and billing processes related to medical records

Handle release of medical information requests according to privacy regulations

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records
