Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Monitor project deliverables

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Responsible for site execution works, -interacting with civil vendors, and contractors for execution works.

Technically strong in handling all Civil & Finishing Fundamentals, as per the IS-standard.

Good in Site co ordination, identification and resolving the Civil & Finishing issues.

Responsible to plan the activities, in co-ordination with Design team, contractors, various vendors for day to day work progress.

Good in interior works, for any up gradation and refurbishment works.

Good in Measurement & material knowledge.

Monitoring day to day work progress. - Structural & Civil Finishing activities.

Good command over the vendors / Consultants, to get the quality works

Responsible for timely completion of the assigned project, and follow -up works.

Ability to own multy task & risk management.

Overall responsible for execution of the project and Pro actively completion of the works.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Must be from Interior Background
