Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to join our team. As an ICU Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent

Valid state nursing license

Proven experience as an ICU Staff Nurse or similar role

Excellent knowledge of surgical intensive care, OT, CCU, and cardiac nursing

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Flexible work schedule and willingness to work in shifts

Roles And Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and provide patient care

Assist with medical procedures and surgeries in the ICU

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and rehabilitation

Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in critical care nursing
