Job Overview

We are recruiting for the position of Home Loan & Business Loan Sales. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in home loan and business loan sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Sound knowledge of financial products and services.

Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with potential customers for home loans and business loans.

Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting loan products and services.

Analyze customer financial situations and provide suitable loan options.

Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure proper documentation.

Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Stay updated with market trends and competitors' offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and resolve customer queries.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
