We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Backend Operations (Life Insurance). As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our life insurance products. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in backend operations.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

1 to 3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the life insurance industry

Sound knowledge of life insurance products and processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Roles And Responsibilities

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in processing life insurance policies

Handle backend operations tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, and claims processing

Verify and validate policy documents and customer information

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of customer queries or concerns

Generate reports and maintain data integrity in the backend systems

Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines related to life insurance operations

Provide support in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
