Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities for the company. You will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to travel within the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) to visit clients' offices.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and other means.

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and promote the company's products or services.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management.

Requirements

Graduation degree in any discipline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Confidence and ability to present ideas effectively to clients.

Willingness to travel within the MMR to meet clients

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
