Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Responsible for primary and secondary sales

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors within the territory.

Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the customer and the company.

Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the territory.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications And Skills

Any bachelor's degree.

1 to 3 years' experience in FMCG sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation package may include a base salary, PBIS, Travel allowance, bonuses, and other benefits based on performance.
