Job Description

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our range of steel and construction materials to clients within the construction industry. You will leverage your technical knowledge, communication skills, and customer service abilities to build lasting relationships with clients and meet sales targets. This is primarily a field job that will require you to visit project sites for sales activities.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and explain the technical aspects and benefits of our products to potential clients at their project sites.

Identify potential leads, initiate contact, and develop relationships.

Understand the specific needs of each client and recommend appropriate products.

Negotiate contracts, terms of sales, and prices.

Collaborate with our technical and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Strong understanding of steel and construction materials.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.

Adaptability to work remotely for training and willingness to travel for on-site visits.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel to project sites.

Training

All new hires will undergo a 2-week unpaid training program which includes 1 week of remote training and one week of on-site training. The training program will provide a comprehensive understanding of our product range, sales techniques, and company policies. Upon successful completion of training, a bonus of INR 5000 will be awarded.
