Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Wedjat Health Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply for this role.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Strong Hindi

problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customer needs

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply

Roles And Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Providing product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers

Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges

Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Ensuring customer privacy and data protection in accordance with company policies

Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and productivity targets
