Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets according to decide by the company.

Answering customer questions.

Receive, Review and Manage client data in the software.

Facilitate valuable and clear verbal and written communication with clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to identify & resolve issues as well as opportunities for improvement of system and services.
