Duties & Responsibilties

Vacancy Updates, Interview Scheduling & Coordination,

Databank management

Employee Joining & On boarding

Enrollments HRMS, Statutory, Biometric device

Documentation

Inter office & Inter unit Communication

Employee Engagement Activity Coordination

MIS Reports

Indenting & Stock management

Occasional Duties

He/she is responsible for any other assignment given by management or authorized person

Main Characteristics

Should have good Oral & written communication skills.

Should have adequate computer skills.

Should have knowledge of the statutory laws

Should be able to handle confidential information.
