Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at Beacon Group India. As the International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our global presence and driving international sales. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. The role is based in Navsari, Gujarat, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in international business development and sales
7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the Hematology and Biochemistry diagnostic markets
Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles
Experience in selling medical devices is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Looking for candidates who can handle Africa, CIS, Europe, LATAM countries
Fluency in English is required, additional language skills (LATAM, CIS, etc.) are a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's international market presence
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients and partners
Negotiate and close sales deals with international customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international orders
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Provide regular reports and updates on international sales performance
Travel internationally to meet clients, attend conferences, and explore new market opportunities
