Job Summary: As a Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) at Aubree, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality, eggless culinary creations. With a passion for culinary excellence, you will contribute to maintaining Aubree's reputation for exceptional taste and quality. Roles and Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of eggless culinary dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications. Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, portioned, and prepared for cooking.

Cooking and Presentation: Execute cooking techniques with precision and attention to detail to achieve desired taste, texture, and presentation. Plate dishes creatively and aesthetically, adhering to Aubree's presentation standards.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and taste. Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes to ensure adherence to Aubree's standards.

Kitchen Operations: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to streamline kitchen operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Menu Development Support: Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing and testing new eggless recipes and menu items. Provide feedback on recipe modifications and improvements.

Training and Development: Mentor and train junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety procedures, and kitchen operations as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience working in a culinary role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of eggless culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
