What we are looking for
We are looking for a dynamic Quality Analyst to help maintain our call quality for our client projects.
What Youll Be Doing
Listen and filter all quality surveys conducted via voice files
Identify errors/quality parameter concerns
Assess the call and score it for a Quality A or Quality B call
Train employees for quality parameters
Conduct regular sessions on good calls and bad calls
Promote good calls via constant training and education of the same
Ensure that feedback is given in the right format without affecting the motivation of our interviewers.
